| − | Pretty much the only way to get better is through practice. Just hang out around Q&A forums - like here, or on Pojo, or other sites - and answer questions whenever you can. If you get it right, then you'll learn it better; if you don't, then you'll learn something new, and get better. And if you can, find a local tournament and start judging for it. Getting "''in-depth''" experience like that will help you learn quickly, especially player management situations, which can't be effectively taught on-line.
