SummaryEdit

Luke is taken to Asana Mutsuba, but refuses to Duel at first. However, once they finally engage into battle, Luke finds out that Asana also possesses a certain kind of cards that rival his own.

Turn 1: Luke
Luke Normal Summons "Charity Dragon Tency" (???/400). Luke activates the effect of "Tency", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to draw two cards, then he shuffles two cards from his hand into the Deck. Luke sends "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard and draws two unknown cards, then shuffles two unknown cards from his hand into the Deck. Luke Normal Summons "Sportsdragon Slugger" (1000/0). Luke Tributes "Slugger" and "Tency" to Tribute Summon "Orebreaker Dragon Mine Groundra" (2500/1000). Luke Sets two cards in his Spell & Trap Zones. Luke activates the effect of "Mine Groundra", sending the top two cards of his Deck to the Graveyard to place up to three Level 7 or higher monsters from his Graveyard on top of his Deck in any order. Luke sends "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst [R]" and "Great Multistrike Dragon Dragias Burst [L]" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard and places "Dragias Burst [L]", "Dragias Burst" and "Dragias Burst [R]" from his Graveyard on top of his Deck.

Turn 2: Asana
Asana Sets a card in her Spell & Trap Zone. Asana activates the Spell Card "Geological Survey" to excavate cards from the top of her Deck equal to the number of cards on Luke's field, then Asana places the excavated cards on either the top or bottom of her Deck in any order. Asana excavates "Constructor Princess Pylon", "Coiled Dragon of Fertility" and "Fusion" from the top of her Deck, then places "Coiled Dragon of Fertility", "Pylon" and "Fusion" on the top of her Deck. Asana Maximum Summons "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco [L]" (800/0), "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco" (2500/0) and "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco [R]" (800/0) in Maximum Mode (3500). As "Wyrm Excavator [R]" is in Maximum Mode, Asana activates its effect, placing a card from her Graveyard on the bottom of the Deck to destroy a Spell/Trap Card on either side of the field and draw a card, then if she destroyed a Field Spell Card this way, she can draw a card. Asana places "Geological Survey" from her Graveyard on the bottom of the Deck and destroys one of Luke's face-down cards, then draws "Coiled Dragon of Fertility". As "Wyrm Excavator [L]" is in Maximum Mode, its Continuous Effect increases its ATK by the number of cards in Asana's hand x 300 ("Wyrm Excavator": 3500 → 3800). "Wyrm Excavator" attacks and destroys "Mine Groundra" (Luke: 4000 → 2700 LP).

Turn 3: Luke
Luke Maximum Summons "Dragias Burst [L]" (1500/0), "Dragias Burst" (2000/0) and "Dragias Burst [R]" (1500/0) in Maximum Mode (3500). Luke activates the Spell Card "Pot of Greed" to draw two cards. Luke draws two unknown cards. As "Dragias Burst [R]" is in Maximum Mode, Luke activates its effect, sending three cards from his hand to the Graveyard to increase its ATK by 1000 until the end of this turn. Luke sends three unknown cards from his hand to the Graveyard ("Dragias Burst": 3500 → 4500). "Dragias Burst" attacks "Wyrm Excavator". As Luke's monster declared an attack targeting Asana's face-up Wyrm Type monster on her field, Asana activates her face-down Trap Card "Constructor Ambush", sending a Level 6 or lower Wyrm Type monster from her hand to the Graveyard to decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by the ATK of the monster sent to the Graveyard this way until the end of this turn. Asana sends "Coiled Dragon of Fertility" from her hand to the Graveyard ("Dragias Burst": 4500 → 3500; "Wyrm Excavator": 3800 → 3500). The attack continues and both monsters are destroyed.
