Card Appearances:Maternal Junk
- In episode 68, Bashford uses this card during his Ground Duel against Crow Hogan. He summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. Later "Blackwing - Bora the Spear" attacks this card, but Bashford activates "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" to negate the attack. After that resolves, "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" resets itself face-down. After Bashford Normal Summons "Paternal Junk", the latter gains 500 ATK due to this card's presence. Bashford then activates "Junk Factory", which increases the ATK of this card and "Paternal Junk" by 500. Later Crow activates "Black-Winged Strafe" to destroy this card, but Bashford activates "Scrap-Iron Barricade" to prevent this card from being destroyed by Crow's card effects this turn. After that resolves, "Scrap-Iron Barricade" resets itself face-down. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- This card is also shown during Yusei's explanation on "Kid Junk". Yusei explains that if "Kid Junk" was on the field, then "Paternal Junk" would have gained 1000 ATK due to its second effect.
