- In episode 22, Akiza Izinski uses this card during her Ground Duel against Commander Koda. After this card is summoned, "Black Garden" halves its ATK and Special SUmmons a Rose Token to Koda's side of the field. On Akiza's next turn, she activates this card's effect to send it to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" from her hand. On Akiza's next turn, she banishes this card from her Graveyard in order to activate the second effect of "Black Rose Dragon".
- In episode 24, Akiza uses this card during her Ground Duel against Yusei Fudo. After she summons this card, she activates this card's effect to send it to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" from her hand.
- This card is also shown when "Card Defense" fully resolved.
- In episode 99, Akiza uses this card during her Turbo Duel against Andre. After she summons this card, she activates this card's effect to send it to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis". On Akiza's End Phase, she activates the final effect of "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" to banish this card from her Graveyard and revive "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis".
