- In episode 33, Quattro uses this card during his Battle Royal Duel against Caswell Francis and Bronk Stone. He activates this card on the first turn of the Duel. After Bronk Xyz Summons "Tin Archduke", this card increases the ATK of "Tin Archduke" by 200. After Caswell Xyz Summons "Antidote Nurse", this card increases the ATK of "Antidote Nurse" by 200. After Quattro Xyz Summons "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder", this card increases the ATK of "Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" by 200. After Quattro revives "Tin Archduke" and "Antidote Nurse" under their respective owners' control via the effect of his two copies of "Gimmick Puppet Princess", this card increases the ATK of the revived monsters by 200.
- In episode 35, this card is shown in a flashback Yuma Tsukumo has when he reminds Tori Meadows about Quattro who uses Dueling to hurt his fans.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Yuma has when he wonders why those that hold or use "Numbers" Duel to hurt others.
