OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Gusto Codor" is a Trigger Effect.[1]
- The effect can optionally be activated at the end of the Damage Step in which "Gusto Codor" itself destroyed an opponent's monster by battle and sent it to the Graveyard.[1]
- If "Gusto Codor" battles a monster with the same ATK and both monsters are destroyed, the effect of "Gusto Codor" cannot be activated.[1]
