TCG Rulings
- If Skill Drain is activated after Infernity Avenger is Special Summoned by its own effect, its Level will return to its original Level.[1]
- You cannot activate Infernity Avenger's effect when a Token Monster or Embodiment of Apophis is destroyed by battle.[1]
- If you control your opponent's monster and it is destroyed by battle and sent to your opponent's Graveyard, you cannot activate your Infernity Avenger's effect.[1]
- The Level of Infernity Avenger is increased by [sic] the original Level of the destroyed monster.[1][Notes 1]
- If multiple Infernity Avenger's are in the Graveyard, you can Special Summon all of them.[1]
- If you have 1 or more cards in your hand when Infernity Avenger's effect resolves, it will not be Special Summoned.[1]
OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Infernity Avenger" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard.[2]
- If you have no cards in your hand and "Infernity Avenger" is in your Graveyard, its effect can be activated at the end of the Damage Step in which a monster you control was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard.[2]
- The effect of "Infernity Avenger" finishes resolving when it is Special Summoned. (The effect "In that case, the Level of this card is equal to the Level of your destroyed monster" is applied immediately.)[2]
- Q: If multiple copies of "Infernity Avenger" are in your Graveyard, can you activate the effect of each "Infernity Avenger" in Chain, and Special Summon them to the field?
- A: If multiple copies of "Infernity Avenger" are in your Graveyard, you can activate their effects in Chain, and Special Summon them to the field.[3]
