OCG Rulings
- "During either player's turn: You can banish this card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher "Kozmo" monster from your hand." is a Quick Effect that can be activated during your opponent's turns. (Banishing "Kozmo Goodwitch" face-up from your field is a cost, also this effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.) [1]
- The monster effect, " Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher "Kozmo" monster from your hand." does NOT target. (At the resolution of the effect, you choose one Level 5 or higher "Kozmo" monster in your hand to Special Summon. Additionally, you cannot activate this effect if you do NOT have a Level 5 or higher "Kozmo" monster in your hand.) [1]
- "Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position." is an Ignition Effect. (Paying 500 LP is a cost to activate this effect.) [1]
- The monster effect, "change it to face-down Defense Position." targets 1 face-up monster your opponent controls in their Monster Zone.[1]
