OCG Rulings
- The "When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 card in a Pendulum Zone; return that target to the hand." effect is an optional Trigger Effect. (This effect targets 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone.)[1]
- The "When you Pendulum Summon a monster(s): You can target 1 card in a Pendulum Zone; return that target to the hand." effect starts a Chain. (This effect targets 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone. It can also target itself.)[1]
