OCG Rulings

  • When this card resolves, the effect of returning all of your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zone to the Deck is applied if you have 3 or more Spell Cards in your Graveyard, in addition to the effect that sends 2 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard.[1]
  • This effect must always send 2 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard, but even if you have 3 or more Spell Cards in your Graveyard, you can choose not to return your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones to the Deck.[1]
  • Sending 2 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard and returning your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones to the Deck do not happen simultaneously.[1]

Q&A Rulings

A: In this scenario, as long as your opponent has a monster in the Extra Monster Zone, you can apply the part of the effect of "Sky Striker Maneuver - Vector Blast" that returns all of your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones to the Deck.[2]
A: In this scenario, if the effect of "Sky Striker Maneuver - Vector Blast" resolves and your opponent has 2 monsters in the Extra Monster Zones by forming an Extra Link, both of your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones are returned. ("Knightmare" Mermaid and "Knightmare Unicorn" return to your opponent's Extra Deck.)[3]
  • Q: My opponent's "Blackwing Full Armor Master" is in the Extra Monster Zone. If I activate "Sky Striker Maneuver - Vector Blast" and there are 3 or more Spell Cards in my Graveyard, can I apply the part of the effect that returns all of my opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones to the Deck?
A: In this scenario, since your opponent's "Blackwing Full Armor Master" is in the Extra Monster Zone and there are 3 or more Spell Cards in your Graveyard, you can apply the part of the effect of "Sky Striker Maneuver - Vector Blast" that returns all of your opponent's monsters in the Extra Monster Zones to the Deck. However, since "Blackwing Full Armor Master" is unaffected by other cards' effects, it does not actually return to the Extra Deck and remains on the field.[4]
