OCG Rulings
- It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- The resolution of "shuffle both targets into the Deck" and the resolution of "then Special Summon 1 "Gusto" monster with 1000 or less DEF from your Deck" are not considered to happen at the same time.[1]
- It can target "Gusto" Synchro and Xyz Monsters in your Graveyard. (In that case, the targeted Synchro and Xyz Monsters are returned to the Extra Deck, and the resolution of "then Special Summon 1 "Gusto" monster with 1000 or less DEF from your Deck" is applied.)[1]
- When resolving the effect, if 1 of the 2 targeted monsters is no longer in the Graveyard, the effect resolution is not applied. (You neither return the targeted monsters to the Deck nor Special Summon a monster from the Deck.)[1]
