To Target or not to Target

So, do we just choose which ruling to use? Does it depend on which cards we use - OCG or TCG? It might not matter for this situation, but in other cases, maybe. LastMinute (talk • contribs) 06:01, January 7, 2012 (UTC)

If you play TCG, use TCG rulings.

If you play OCG, use OCG rulings.
