Surrender tip

I've never seen official proof of either of these, but I've heard that surrendering in the OCG requires your opponent's permission and surrendering in the TCG against cards like "Victory Dragon" is considered bad sportsmanship and penalisable. The reason why "Victory Dragon" is banning. That is indeed a bad sportsmanship, carrying that card around in your deck and focus on summon that card would just making your opponent feeling guilty for challenge that person. And I am sure if players saw that card laying around before their match, they will refuse to facing it owner forever. --FredCat 23:46, March 7, 2011 (UTC)
