Here is an interesting deck I have been in the slow process of building/testing/editting on DN for a week or so now. It is a Photon deck, based mainly around Twin Photon Lizard and Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. At first I was trying to make this deck OTK based, fusing into Twin Photon Lizard using 2 Galaxy-Eyes, then using its effect to summon both the Galaxy-Eyes to the field. Then with my normal summon still available, summon Photon Crusher to give me 8000 Attack on the field. Basing the deck purely on this is proving inconsistant, with my record on DN being roughly 30 wins/30 defeats, with only 2 of the win's coming from the aforementioned OTK. Anyway enough rambling on.

I wouldn't really call it a 'new' way to run Photons, as Photon Lizard exists just to do the double GEPD summon so it's not a new tactic with it and aside from that this deck is a pretty standard Photon deck. Just running 1 trap would make me want to add in Royal Decrees to take advantage of the low trap count. With all those Warriors I'd consider adding in Reinforcement of the Army and a couple of The Warrior Returning Alive to take advantage of that. I'd also add in Photon Sanctuary and Photon Lead to speed the deck up, in fact Sanctuary should ALWAYS be run in a Photon deck, aside from that the deck looks very playable.--The FireFALL (talk • contribs) 12:47, April 26, 2012 (UTC)
