Xerdek's Opinion
I believe that their effects are just. They follow a pattern and, as some wouldn't expect, Ra's effect does make sense. You see, the God Cards follow a hierarchy, with Ra on top and Slifer and Obelisk below. Slifer and Obelisk's effects reflect each other as the hierarchy would suggest, while Ra's effect differs. Sure, Ra doesn't have all of the fanciness as the anime, but it sure has some powerful abilities. Xerdek! 00:50, July 8, 2012 (UTC)
- Ra is stronger than Obelisk and Slifer, as Ra is Sun - Obelisk and Slifer are just Earth and Wind, respective. Sun is quite larger than the latter, no? --iFredCat 01:48, July 8, 2012 (UTC)

- I personally think Obelisk and Slifer are fine, only Ra got really nerfed, but Obelisk and Slifer are pretty damn good (Slifer kills almost anything when it's summoned, and Obelisk is really hard to kill). I personally like the fact that they made them real, but we're all open to our opinions. As to the original topic, they are fairly just, they aren't impossible to beat (The only real out is stuff like Dark Hole, although Slifer and Ra can be hit by Dimensional Prison), at the same time, the cards are fairly powerful if they can be kept around. Plus, aren't Frogs like the only deck that uses them (They use them as finishers, if they feel like it)? ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 03:24, July 9, 2012 (UTC)
