Yes, still I try. Would Level Up! or Phantom of Chaos help much? Should I drop Armed Dragon LV3 for the stronger Luster Dragon if I don't use Level Up? Is Masked Dragon worth having for LV3 and Apocralyph?

"Level Up!" = Yes, 2 or 3. Also use "Gold Sarcophagus" with "Tempest" (or to search any other card) and "Debris Dragon" (works with both Dragon Rulers you use).

Synchro Monsters = Generic ones, some Dragons like "Black Rose Dragon" and "Exploder Dragonwing".

Xyz Monsters = Use Rank 7 Monster Cards.

I would include Dragon Ravine and maybe Stamping Destruction. Castle of Dragon Souls would be more effective if used with cards like D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation or Return from the Different Dimension.
