I was looking through Rafael's Guardians, and I wanted to make a deck around certain ones. I settled on Guardian Eatos, starting to base an Arsenal Summoner deck around him. Then, I realized what other easily Summoned Guardians could be brought out with Arsenal...

The deck is centered around Rafael's favorite strategy. Keep your Graveyard empty of Monsters. At the same time, Arsenal Summoner can grab any of my attackers from my deck, and there are three of them to ensure I can always get what I need. Eatos can be Summoned when I have no monsters in my Grave, good for a 2500. Guardian of Order can be Special Summoned as long as I have 2 LIGHT attribute monsters, not a problem with Gellenduo. Lastly, Guardian Angel Joan can be brought out through Valhalla, and she is the strongest of them all.

Monsters: First come the previously mentioned Guardians. Eatos' first effect will be abused like crazy, ensuring my Grave is clean of monsters, and attacking for 2500 a shot. Her second effect isn't as necessary in the deck, but it could possibly come in handy. I can't get rid of Big Bang Shot this way, but I could give up Cestus of Dagla to boost her up to a 4000 for one turn, enough to recover against a Judgment Dragon nuke. Joan is a 2800 ATK beatstick that can recover LP, perfect with Cestus of Dagla and Big Bang Shot. She'll usually be Summoned through Valhalla or Gellenduo. Lastly, Guardian of Order is here to push for the win, Summoned when I'm ready to finish off my opponent. Arsenal searches all three of these guys, and he's WIND for if I want to empty my Grave and Summon Silpheed. Gellenduo is a nice little blocker that can be brought out through Valhalla, then used as a Tribute for Joan. Asura Priest is LIGHT for Guardian of Order, plus she can clear the field for direct attacks. She goes back to the hand at the End Phase as well, to keep my Graveyard nice and clean. Lastly, I chose Silpheed because he can help empty my Graveyard by removing one of the other 7 WIND monsters, and he can cut my opponent's hand down when he dies.

Spells: First I have Valhalla, to bring out any of my Fairies. It can also bring out Eatos if I end up with a monster in the Grave. Book of Moon stops Synchro Summons and other dangerous monsters that could harm me, while putting them in a nice DEF positioin. Trunade, MST, and Smashing Ground are staples, while Monster Reincarnation can set up or bring back Eatos. Soul Release screws with my opponents Graveyard and set up my own, and Big Bang Shot provides a nice ATK boost and Trample. I can even give it to an opponents monster then activate Giant Trunade to remove it from the game. Cestus of Dagla is some LP recovery that works well with Big Bang Shot.

Traps: Waboku prevents my monsters from dying, and I chose it over Threatening Roar because it can flip Arsenal Summoner during a battle, and let him live. Return from the Different Dimension was a must with all the RFG going on, and it can help finish a game. Call can empty my Graveyard and bring the monster right to the field, and Trap Stun is a one-turn Royal Decree that could end up saving me from Mirror Force or Torrential Tribute.

Please give me suggestions on how to improve this deck!--Akiza Izayoi 21:58, December 17, 2009 (UTC)

Where do you test your decks out? Do you play them in a video game or you just proxy them? MU.S.IK=d^ ^b 23:02, December 17, 2009 (UTC)MU.S.IK=d^_^b

Erm, I used to test them out in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator, but then once Raging Battle was released, those cards weren't on the game. Now, I write down the deck concept on lined paper and write down all of the cards in the deck, imagining how the deck would run. Then, I proxy the ones I really think are fun, or the ones I might have a shot at buying. Do you have any suggestions or comments on the deck though?--Akiza Izayoi 00:33, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

Have you considered The Transmigration Prophecy? Not only can it keep your Graveyard free of monsters, it can also screw with your opponent's. What do you think? Also, you might want to add in Garuda the Wind Spirit as well as Silpheed for some variety. Battlemaniac 12:36, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

It can even throw any of my Guardians back in the deck for Arsenal to search them..... I love it! I don't see the need to add Garuda, since Silpheed is a Fairy, and can increase card advantage when he dies. I love the idea for Transmigration though, I'll take out a Trap Stun for it.--Akiza Izayoi 12:38, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

You may actually want to use Pot of Selflessness instead of Transmigration. Runer5h 20:02, December 18, 2009 (UTC)Runer5h

It may be faster, but it also can't be chained to other cards like Transmigration can. I can't use Selflessness to stop Call of the Haunted, Zombie Master, or Lumina.--Akiza Izayoi 22:49, December 18, 2009 (UTC)
