I control a face up "BANISHER OF THE RADIANCE". "IMPERIAL IRON WALL" is activated and resolves.. which of these 2 cards effects takes precedence? ive read before on this site from a similar query that the answer was the card that was active on the field FIRST takes precedence over the latter, but i just checked a ruling for "imperial iron wall", and it says if "DIMENSIONAL FISSURE" or "MACRO COSMOS" is active while "IMPERIAL IRON WALL" is active, cards that would be removed from play are sent to the graveyard instead, not specifying what card was active first.. so my only conclusion is that cards with the text reading "..cannot be.." take precedence versus cards with .."instead of.." regardless of what order they were active on the field.. what say ye?
?!?!?!?!? i did NOT add the below portion about red nova dragon, though it did make me laugh. also, red nova gets owned by archfiend marmot of nefariousness EVERY SINGLE TIME. most duelists are aware of this fact..

Also if this happens while there is a face up red nova dragon it is a tie.
