Advanced Format Problems
You have some cards that are more than allowed in the Advanced Format, like call of the haunted, and spirit reaper. There aren't many substitutes for call of the haunted, but add 'Marshmallon" or "Arcana Force 0- The Fool" for spirit reaper. Also, you can add some "Ultimate Offering"s, some "Gilasaurus"', "Turbo Booster", "Jester Confit", and "Mausoleum of the Emperor". Hope I helped.
Marshmallon is Limit so I won't use it. As for Gilasaurus, its not very Field Control like so no. Jester Confit I have thought about for a while. Mausoleum of the Emperor is to Costly, also I have Cost Down and Double Summon. And yeah probably not Turbo Booster. I will fix it up now. Questions...
- What Build should I use? (please answer!)
- Would a Evil Hero/Monarch Deck go together?

- Cost Down and Mausoleum shouldn't be used in Monarch decks because Monarchs only gain effects when they are tribute summoned successfully, bar Kuraz, cuz he can be special summoned. Just a note. u5h3ra1i' Relished Saber Player 08:56, June 18, 2010 (UTC)
- Darn u5h3ra1i!!! You beat me to the Mausoleum thing. I was waiting for maintenance to be up... ANYWAY, u5h3r is correct about the Mausoleum of the Emperor and Cost Down things. Using these cards will result in Normal Summoning your Monarchs, but they will not be considered Tribute Summons. Therefore the Monarchs to do no get their effects. Hope I cleared that up a bit.
