Hello, small question concerning the new Batteryman 9-Volt and his cousin Batteryman Micro-Cell : as you know, 9-Volt's summon effect can miss the timing. While i did see http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Breakdown_of_the_Battle_Phase this, i need to know just to be sure: Let's suppose that Micro-Cell's flip effect is activated during the battle phase, when i use its effect at resolution to summon 9-Volt from the deck, can 9-Volt's effect be used, or it misses the timing (since after the flip effect resolves, the monsters need to be destroyed in case there's more ATK from the opponent), or any other cases? Thank you for replying. Imadmagician (talkcontribs) 09:44, August 15, 2014 (UTC)

The flip effect is in substep 6, the mons is sent to grave in substep 7. There is no missing the timing here.-- (talkcontribs) 10:16, August 15, 2014 (UTC)

So, just to see if i got this right, things go like this: Flip effect of Micro-Cell resolves, and i summon a 9-Volt from deck, then 9-Volt's summon effect can be activated as a "chain link 1" of its own, and after it resolves, Micro-cell is sent to grave, and i draw a card? Pretty much. --Dark Ace SP (TalkPage) 15:58, August 15, 2014 (UTC)
