If a battle searcher that specials is destroyed, such as Emmersblade, can solemn warning be used to negate the effect? 71.254.177.78 (talk) 00:25, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes. Since Solemn Warning is a Counter Trap, it can be used during the Damage Step. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 02:02, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Be aware that "Solemn Warning" will negate the Chain Link immediately below it. This is important in the case that both you and your opponent control a face-up, attack position "XX-Saber Emmersblade", and your opponent attacks and destroys both monster by battle, if you want to negate the effect of his/her "XX-Saber Emmersblade", when forming the Chain, you will not be able to activate both your "XX-Saber Emmersblade" and "Solemn Warning". In the case that you do, "Solemn Warning" will negate your copy of "XX-Saber Emmersblade". DemonGodAsura (talk • contribs) 14:43, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
