I have a question regard this page:

There is a bullet under "Attack Declaration" saying this: "If the Turn Player decides that he/she will pass, the opponent is given a chance to activate effects that respond to the attack ("Sakuretsu Armor", "Mirror Force", etc.) or any other effects with timing he/she can meet."
My question is: What do you mean by "or any other effects with timing he/she can meet."?
Does "any other effects with timing he/she can meet" includes stuffs like Book of Moon, Compulsory Evacuation Device, etc?

You are able to use cards such as Book of Moon and Compulsory Evacuation Device. Cards that are Spell Speed 2 can be used. Hastydemon2 (talk • contribs) 21:53, September 25, 2013 (UTC)
