Forum:Battlin' Boxer Star Cestus and Star Eater

If I use Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Star Cestus on Star Eater when the Synchro attacks,

A.) Star Eater will not be negated but Number 105's other effects will still go through. B.) Since Star Eater cannot be negated, so I cannot use Number 105's effect. C.) Since Star Eater cannot be negated, and I use Number 105's effect, nothing will happen because it has to negate first (or does Number 105's effects happen simultaneously) D.) None of the above; How does it work?
