Begone, Knave! has a mandatory effect.
- does this mean it would make cards which have optional effects that occur when they deal battle damage to miss the timing? (Such as the Dark Scorpion archtype)?
Or would I be able to activate those effects and Begone, Knave!'s effect on a chain? Thanks Thorn of RosenYubel 20:59, May 16, 2010 (UTC)
They will try to activate at the same time so it will from SEGOC. For example, you attack with Don Zaloog while Begone, Knave! is on the field. They will from a chain:
- Chain Link 1: The effect of Begon, Knave! is triggered and activates.
- Chain Link 2: The effect of Don Zaloog activates.
Resolve in reverse:
- Chain Link 2: You can discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand or send 2 cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard.
- Chain Link 1: Don Zaloog is returned to the hand.--Hide Head Turtle 01:27, May 17, 2010 (UTC)
