can stardust or tytanial miss the timing with the deck GB??
because sometimes GB deck special summon 2 GB — This unsigned comment was made by Daredevil^^ (talk • contribs) 02:48, November 4, 2009
- Correct, both can miss the timing. The effects of both "Stardust Dragon" and "Tytannial, Princess of Camellias" must be on the Chain Link immediately after the effect they want to negated. For example,
- Chain Link 1: "Dark Armed Dragon"
- Chain Link 2: "Book of Eclipse"
- In this case, the effects of "Stardust Dragon" and "Tytannial, Princess of Camellias" cannot be activated. If you wanted to activate them to activate "Dark Armed Dragon", then you must activate them as Chain Link 2.
- Similarly, let's say that "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" Special Summons "Gladiator Beast Murmillo" and "Gladiator Beast Retiari" simultaneously. Both effects activate and form a Chain according to SEGOC, so the Chain is the following:
- Chain Link 1: "Gladiator Beast Murmillo" (since "Gladiator Beast Murmillo" has a mandatory effect.)
- Chain Link 2: "Gladiator Beast Retiari" (since "Gladiator Beast Retiari" has an optional effect.)
- At this time, the effects of "Stardust Dragon" and "Tytannial, Princess of Camellias" cannot be activated to negate the effect of "Gladiator Beast Murmillo". If you wanted to activate the effect of "Stardust Dragon" or "Tytannial, Princess of Camellias", then you would have to activate it as Chain Link 2 - but you can't, since there is already an effect as Chain Link 2.
- Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, since that automatically creates a signature for you.

- Same reason for Ring of Destruction and Barrel Behind the Door combine, they can missing the timing. Like Jar of Greed once interrupted my sister's combine years ago. FredCat100 12:18, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
but if let's say I have an equeste n darius after that I return both of them and change with murmillo and retiari... Are the stardust and tytannial miss the timing?? Daredevil^^ 11:54, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
wow
does this also work if you send two gladiator beast monsters back to for ex double samnite..will i be able to summon murmillo and retiari and the simultaneous rule goes through? --Pr1ncpanda 05:12, November 5, 2009 (UTC)
- It does not work if you have the two different "Gladiator Beast" monsters tagging out. This is because when multiple "Gladiator Beast" monsters tag out, each effect uses a separate Chain. So, let's say that you have "Gladiator Beast Equeste" and "Gladiator Beast Darius" out.
- First Chain
- Chain Link 1: "Gladiator Beast Equeste"
- (Players may add additional Chain Links. You cannot add the effect of "Gladiator Beast Darius", since the "tag-out" effects of "Gladiator Beast" do not form a Chain. Assuming nothing else, resolve backwards)
- Chain Link 1: "Gladiator Beast Equeste" Special Summons "Gladiator Beast Murmillo".
- Second Chain
- Chain Link 1: "Gladiator Beast Murmillo"
- (Players may add additional Chain of Links. You cannot add the effect of "Gladiator Beast Darius". The effect of "Stardust Dragon" may be activated at this time, since there is no effect on Chain Link 2.)
- Chain Link 2: "Stardust Dragon"
- (Assuming nothing else, resolve backwards)
- Chain Link 2: "Stardust Dragon" negates the activation of the effect of "Gladiator Beast Murmillo" and destroys it.
Chain Link 1
- Third Chain
- Chain Link 1: "Gladiator Beast Darius"
- Etc.
