Forum:Card Artwork?

Before in the gallery of each card there would be an image of just the card artwork, typically from the Tag Force Games. Where did these go? I use these all the time and need some of newer cards. Cropping out cards is a lot of work especially when somebody else has already done it.

Well....you kinda answered yer own question, they didn't really go anywhere, we just don't have them. Like you said, cropping is work and someone hasn't done it yet.
And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think anyone here is really trying to get a cropped image of every card.
That said if you ever end up doing it yourself, add em here. I'm sure someone would appreciate it.

Here's a list of Tag Force images: Tag Force Card Artworks. --Missign0 (talkcontribs) 03:01, May 7, 2015 (UTC)

No idea if I am replying the right way. It almost seemed like old card artwork had been taken down but I guess it is still there. Just newer cards have not gotten them for a while. I am actually surprised no art was uploaded from Tag Force Special. I know the art in that game is not as high quality as the previous games but it still has clean artwork for all the cards released since the last Tag Force game. I guess I could upload card art for the few cards I am cropping out, not sure if it will be high enough quality though. Thanks for the help! Kevin Jeremy Ross (talkcontribs) 03:08, May 7, 2015 (UTC)

You are Replying the Correct way.

I know this might be a poor man's solution, but in case you're interested, the Spanish YGO! wiki card articles have cropped out artwork when available. Also (although don't know whether what's posted there comes from official resources) there's a Tumblr called "fyeahygocardart/(He)art of the Cards" that often posts high quality artwork of newer cards. --AzureKesil (talkcontribs) 02:45, May 9, 2015 (UTC)
