To save you some breath, YES, bewk made this deck. And NO, I don't have a Monarch obsession. Mostly...Well, here's the deck:

Chaos-Monarch

Monster Cards 2 Raiza 3 Caius 1 Chaos Sorcerer 2 Gravekeeper's Spy 2 Rai-Oh 2 Honest 1 Wulf, Lightsworn Beast 2 Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress 2 Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter 1 Breaker the Magical Warrior 2 Necro Gardna 2 Krebons Spell Cards 2 Allure of Darkness 1 Emergency Teleport 2 Foolish Burial 1 Brain Control 1 Heavy Storm 1 Monster Reborn Trap Cards 3 Solemn Judgment 3 Dark Bribe 1 Mirror Force 1 Torrential Tribute 2 Dimensional Prison

Heres how the mechanics of the deck work:

1) Mill/discard/dump Light or Darks

2) Special Summon Sorcerer

3) Sac for a Monarch

The alternate strategy of this deck replaces the first 2 steps with Special Summoning through many different ways. As you can see, its half STUN and half Meta. Its a deadly combonation. • umm, are u silly? why is herald here? she gets lv 7 or higher. u have any lv 7 or highers? id rather see you add 2 wulfs, and probably 2 burials. burial has many uses for this deck. ur trap look. um. expensive. but why not find some place to add tt and mirror? they can still be game changing. anyways, that my idea. have fun with it, and im willing to test it if u want. :D Jetronix 12:23, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

• Wow, for some reason I either misread the effect, or misread the level of the Sorcerer. I don't usually make those mistakes. Thank you for pointing out. This was my experimental list, so I didn't add the staples until I knew what to take out.
