this is a destiny end dragoon hybird with absolute zero deck that i found online but i kinda treak it to match my playing style i dont run d hero diamond dude because it too slow, and sometime puts the cards i need at the bottom or any draw power cards lik trade in or destiny draw because most of the time i fuse in my hand useing poly and instead of running the diva tech, instead i use king of the swamp and reese, King of swamp can quickly add poly to my hand and help thin the deck, so yea please comment and give advice

My Personal Opinion

You shouldn't bother with getting out Destiny End Dragoon unless you're running Fusion Gate x3 and Chain Material x3. Also, if you're going to go through the trouble of running Destiny Hero - Plasma x3 and Destiny Hero - Dogma x3, then you should be running Trade-In x3 to speed up the Deck. These cards are not meant for an Absolute Zero Deck, and they will slow down your Deck significantly. You should consider building a Destiny End Dragoon Deck.

King of the Swamp x3 is a good idea, but Polymerization x3 is going to deplete your hand, causing you to lose Hand Advantage.

Morphing Jar isn't really need in my opinion.

Elemental Hero Neos Alius isn't needed in an Absolute Zero Deck. You might as well be running Elemental Hero Bubbleman.

Phantom of Chaos isn't really needed either.

Yes, Elemental Hero Stratos is very useful in this deck. You need to run more Destiny Heros to make Elemental Hero Stratos as useful as he can possible be. Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude is not slow at all. On the contrary, he helps speed up your Deck. You need to have a certain build to make him work better.

Dark Armed Dragon can work in this Deck because of the Destiny Heros.

You're going to want to run Deep Sea Diva x3 and maybe 1 more Reese the Ice Mistress if you plan on Synchro Summoning at all.

Yeah, um...Chaos Sorcerer isn't really meant for an Absolute Zero Deck.

This Doomsday Horror is interesting, but an Absolute Zero Deck isn't a Deck all about Dark Monsters. I'm not sure what good returning cards from the Removed from Play Zone to your Graveyard will do.

Miracle Fusion works better than Polymerization.

You don't run that many Elemental Heros for E - Emergency Call x3.

Reinforcement of the Army is very good, but I would highly recommend changing your Deck Recipe to include more Level 4 Destiny Hero Monsters along with the Level 6 Destiny Heros such as Destiny Hero - Dasher and Destiny Hero - Malicious. You should run Destiny Draw, for additional speed.

Mystical Space Typhoon is indeed a Staple. You should still consider running Mobius the Frost Monarch though.

Yes, run Allure of Darkness. Just don't Removed from play the Fusion Material Monsters for Destiny End Dragoon if you plan on keeping the hybrid.

Heavy Storm is now banned. I'm telling you man, Mobius!

Yes, run more Miracle Fusions.

Torrential Tribute... Absolute Zero should have enough Field Clearing that you shouldn't really need this card. You should consider Bottomless Trap Hole.

Trap Stun, huh? Paradox Fusion. Enough said.

Chain Material is meant to be ran in a Destiny End Dragoon Deck.

For Solemn Judgment... Paradox Fusion, again. There's also Interdimensional Matter Transporter to abuse Absolute Zero's Effect.

Your Deck seems decent but it appears to be trying to do too many things at once. You should try to take out the cards that are slowing you down and add more cards to help you out. Some cards you may want to take a look at are:
