- No. You can't chain a Spell Speed 2 card to a Spell Speed 3 counter Trap.

- Only 1 chain can be made at Attack Declaration.
- After that, it's "Before Damage Step", here you can make as many chains as you want before moving on again, but cards like D-Pris and Mirror Force can only be used at Attack Declaration and not here.
