Destiny Hero Plasma can target one of the opponent's monster per turn, but say I target a monster and my opponent activates a card like super polymerization and fuses with the selected monster, does that mean i cannot target another monster to equip to Plasma? or does the card resolve before i target and i can then target another monster?
