can Gorz the Emissary of Darkness special summon when you control only 1 monster on the field in face up attack postion, you opponent attacked and destroyed your monster.can you use gorz's effect to summon himself out? — This unsigned comment was made by 24.183.2.170 (talk • contribs)
- In that situation, no. Gorz Triggers at "Substep 6: Immediately After Inflicting Battle Damage" you still have a monster at that time. Monsters are sent to he grave at "Substep 8: At the End of the Damage Step" By that time, it's too late to use Gorz.
