Just got around to buying my structure deck: Marik and i have a few questions on witch path to choose after buying a bunch of absolute powerforce boosterpacks. I noticed that there are about 3 ways i can further improve my deck. i can
1- stick with just gravekeepers 2- try to structure around gravekeepers/ritual summoning gandalf king of destruction 3- using tuners and other effect cards to get out synchro's.
im just returning to the game so im not sure where to go from here. i have bought about 7 absolute powerforce packs and i have a good amount of cards to add to my deck, just wondering if i should stick with plain gravekeepers or add in the tuner cards and other cards that lean towards getting out synchros. thank you!!!

I personally would stick to plain Gravekeepers...maybe an Anti-Meta Deck with Necrovalley and Gravekeeper's Chief....I got the Marik Deck ,too, and I've modified it into a more Egypt-themed deck - I call it "Pharaoh's Nightmare" . I added in Flame Ogre, Sangan, Andro Sphinx, Nubian Guard, Regenerating Mummy, one more each of Gravekeeper's Guard, Curse, and Assailant, Sword of Dark Destruction, Desert Sunlight, Blasting the Ruins, Rising Energy, and Just Desserts...I took out at least Foolish Burial, but forgot what else.... I want to get Byser Shock to add in.... anyway, (sorry for getting off track), I'd stick with pure Gravekeepers. Good Luck getting back in the game!
I dont remember how many necrovalley are in that structure deck, but you should make sure to have three as well as three commandant. i'd stick w/almost pure gravekeepers and stock up on visionary and spy. if you keep it all spellcasters you can through in a couple solidarity for massive attack stats. then, since plaguespreader gets removed when it leaves the field after being resummoned, you can use it as a tuner for some of the six and 8 star spellcaster synchros w/o risking ofn losing solidarity bonus. good luck with your deck Jcfblack (talk • contribs) 06:52, November 18, 2010 (UTC)
an example deck(wip)
this is my bros deck the he is currently working on as he got some new cards to add to it. he does well with it and is able to beat the decks of the people we play with(blackwings, dark simorgh, quickdraw synchro, hero deck, and my machina gadget)so it doesn't suck too bad. also he would appreciate any help.
