It's not a bad deck, but I think it certainly needs more focus. I'm not a huge fan of the traps you have because it makes me think you're just trying to outlast your opponent instead of attack them straight on. I would get rid of the life point healing traps and run Mirror Force, 2x Royal Decree, Torrential Tribute. You should run 2x Spell Economics, 3x Magical Dimension, 2x Dark Magic Curtain, and 2x Diffusion Wave-Motion. I think if you're trying to run a Spellcaster deck, you basically need 3x Dark Magician and a Dark Magician of Chaos. Trust me, you really want DMoC in your deck because it will wreck havoc on your opponents. Spellcaster decks can be really good, but I think it's best if you make it more focused so that you can bring out your heavy hitters faster to destroy your opponent.
