I was looking at some decklists, and found this one which came in 9th out of 150,,, and I have no idea how it works...
And my auto-complete broke again <,<

- 9th out of 150 where? And as for how it works... hell if I know, but if I had to guess it's a burn deck. However, it seems to be missing some key cards...
