Hi I am trying to better improve my mill deck that was giving to me. It was ok on it's own but I added in cards and now I keep thinking that I could take out some cards for better cards or substitute cards for different ones. So any help would be awesome :D

First, use the Decklist template to sort your cards; otherwise they come out as a mess.

Anyway, you seem to run a very defensive mill deck, like I do. A great addition is Neo-Spacian Glow Moss, who can become an impenetrable meatwall when used properly. Solemn Wishes and Appropriate are your friend, especially if you plan to use force-draw cards like Cup of Ace and Book of Eclipse (which is always good in threes). If you manage to pin them down with Ojama Trio or the like, Spatial Collapse can provide a great stall; even if they kill your monsters, you should have no problem supplying more defensive fodder each turn when they have their space limited. While it wouldn't work well with Spatial Collapse, Bubble Crash is absolutely devastating if you make them draw a whole bunch, because that pretty much dumps their hand or field, and is safe against "destruction negating" cards. Shield Worm both makes a nice defensive wall and, should you have more (or other insects out), will let you mill up to 5 cards on their summoning (though I doubt you would have five face-up insects at once). A really brutal strategy is to flip up Needle Worm, Shield Worm and the like to mill away, then use Book of Eclipse when your opponent attacks, then flip them again, which could chew through at least a quarter of their deck. Gravekeeper's Servant is another great card to use for defense. Lastly, I've recently found that Scrubbed Raid is glorious when holding out a defense. Should your opponent pull out multiple monsters that can take out even your most steady defenders, just ditch one of your monsters (or a random spell/trap, which yes, you can activate after using it for Scrubbed Raid) to protect yourself for the turn. If you have enough cards on the field when you first use it, it could be forever before your opponent manages a successful attack.

Well, hope I was a good help. The Pope 01:21, October 19, 2010 (UTC)

hi there, first of all i put the decklist template in place for you to make it easyier. secondly onto the actual help for the deck... i used to play a mill deck before however it got so good that most of my freinds refused to play against it so i disbanded it... either way heres me suggestions:

ideally you need more than the average 40 cards, just incase it backfires and causes you to deck out before your opponent does. As for the cards themselves you need 3 Book of Eclipse as they can provide a damn good defence too, also consider getting in a Hand Destruction or 2 as they are quite helpful, a great monster card i found for this was a Chainsaw Insect... another Dark Bribe is vital and lastly, Two-Pronged Attack... it may seem like a bit of an out dated card but if you have 2 needle worms sitting in attack mode for example then you can destroy them both (hopefully leaving less attractive attack targets) and one of their cards :)

i hope this helped and in return can i ask you to have a look at the deck i have posted up here, it's my flamvell synchro deck :) Calcifer050 (talkcontribs) 15:41, October 19, 2010 (UTC)Calcifer050

Kuraz the Light Monarch is pretty useful in a tight spot. You can make you or your opponent draw. IPlay4Fun (talkcontribs) 16:48, October 19, 2010 (UTC)
