Answer = yes there are
yes, there are numerous monster's and some traps that allow you to special summon a monster from the hand... the most popular one is the "The Creator Incarnate" - "The Creator". ~MEOW~ Might of the BIRD Empire~~ 04:11, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
creator incarnate is only for the creator. not much of use. some other which cards which i know is a hero emerges.
use e-hero bubbleman .. haha
special summon and can take 2 card

- Tribute Doll might work. It would help to know what kind of monster you want to special summon, or at least what types of monsters.

There is Ancient Rules and also a field spell that lets you special summon lv 5 or higher monsters without tribute but I forgot what it's called. --Dan Green 07:19, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
