I suppose that you want a complete answer rather than 2 letters from some anonymous user.
Judgment Dragon cannot be special summoned from the graveyard because it is a Nomi monster. Even if it is Semi-Nomi like Chaos Sorcerer, you still do not special summon those monsters from the graveyard by using their Summoning Conditions.
