Jinzo negates the trap effects on the field, but breakthrough can also be applied from the graveyard if you banish it. Does this mean that I could activate traps because for the turn i banish breakthrough skill which allows me to negate the effect jinzo is applying. - You have it right, Grave-activated breakthrough will negate jinzo's effect, allowing traps to be used for that turn.
