my friend and I were dueling. However, he summoned out a junk gardna mid game. He used its effect during my attack the weird thing is neither one of us knows if you can activate it's effect during the battle phase. The question is Can it do it on the battle phase? - Congratulations, you are the first to misuse the forum and to ask a question in the Duel Terminal forum. Questions like these go in the Ruling Queries Forum, per the board name, and per the descriptions at the Forum:Index. I've move it there now.
- That being said, reading the card gives you "Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls, and change its battle position. This effect can be activated during either player's turn."
- Which means it's a Quick Effect (Spell Speed 2) Which also means it can also be used during any Phase, including the Battle Phase per reading the rulebook.
