hey there, I have a slittly strange question, not really how to improve a deck, or how to start one, i'v play'd for some time so I know how to do that. so hear it is, I'm making a brand new deck, from scrache, my last deck was a very defensive deck that later(whit duelist genesis) became bast on strong synchros like stardust dragon. that deck was actually getting pretty competitive but I never felt really satisfied whit the way it play'd. it's been about 1,5 years since I have play'd and will start again in 6 months or so (I travel a lot and don't have a place to play) until then I'm planing a new deck, a plant deck. yes, I know it wont be competitive and is going to be probably several times les effective then my current deck at first, but Whit some effort I think I can make it work. so for now I'm not making the deck but more researching the different "plant" cards, making lists preparing. so hear is my question, have you ever seen a powerful plant card, do you know any, have ever been beatin by a specific card I could get some benifit from, or do you have a plant deck and could you tell me of the more usful cards? once more I don't whant a deck list, I'll do that myself, I just want to know of all my options before I start. bye

your rite I was sertanly planing on using lonefire blossom (at least x2) and I'm still hesitating on using gigaplant, the thing is that the few cards needed to "invoke" a gemini effect take up space that is neaded for other necery cards like wall of thorns. now the effect of gigaplant is incredibly useful and if you play your card rite whith it you can win in les than three mouves (each turn you can summon one Tytannial, Princess of Camellias whit 2800 Atk )now only time will tell if I what to go for that combo.
- There are enough good Plant cards and Plant support cards to make an entire Deck. I will show you them in that format.
It would be a huge Deck if you tried using it. It would take pages and pages to explain why all of these cards are good. The basics:
- "Naturia Bamboo Shoot" usually locks your opponent down unless he or she can Special Summon. It likes "Scrubbed Raid".
- "Black Garden" fills the field quickly and makes Synchro Summons fast. "Raging Flame Sprite" loves it.
- "Black Rose Dragon" can bomb the field, as they say, and prevents your opponent from stalling for any length of time. It has synergy with "Bamboo Shoot".

wow thank you, this is prety close to what I was going for. I love the varety of strategies and tactics usd.thow I'm probably gonna go for less "naturali" mosters and focus a bit more on black garden and syncros. The deck seems well balacd so maybe I'll get these cards and build of of this. I think I'm gonna substatut one or bothe the scrap iron scarecrows for [[1]] and will probably use queen of thorns, last thing, love the Idea of using ancient fairy dragon

that looks good, some of the cards are pretty rare(and expensive) like I probably whont have a golden sarcophagus for a bit. and just one thing, this deck sort of derivs from the idea of a "plante deck" thow I like the deck and think it hase a serious shot, I think I wjat to go for a less direct style, more like using cards like black garden to control instead of dark armed dragon to anialate.
