If you all remember the anime, Kaiba, wanted Solomon Muto's Blue-Eyes White Dragon, though he already had 3. What could Kaiba possibly want with 4 Blue-Eyes White Dragons!?!?

he just wanted noone to own a blue eyes other than himself... -dest- (talkcontribs) 23:11, September 4, 2010 (UTC)

Why? Because of love.

I think I'm going to puke. Fallensilence (talkcontribs) 05:26, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

Owning the last Blue-Eyes meant that nobody could ever use a Blue-Eyes against him, which significantly reduces the chance of someone being able to trump his Dragon's raw power. Also, we're never sure why he didn't tear up every card in the entire world for this reason either. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 02:18, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

Agreed, Gadjiltron is right, he wanted to make sure no one else could use it; but I know what would be funny, what if Peagasus randomly printed a bunch of new Blue Eyes White Dragon's, like so many thatit was now easy to get... Lets see Kaiba then...--BassNettoHikari2 (talkcontribs) 07:00, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

It made more sense in the original manga. When he first appeared he didn't own any Blue-Eyes and thus wanted to have Solomon's card more than anything in the world. After all a 3000 Atk Card was quite rare. He played a children's card game with Yugi, lost and thus didn't gain the dragon. Later he got the other three Blue-Eyes White Dragon through dubious methods and won against Yugi's grandpa. He teared up the Blue-Eyes White Dragon of his to humiliate him and to mock Yugi. Well yeah it's just for that. It's funny because playing card games against your enemy isn't revenge, it's just plain weird. Fallensilence (talkcontribs) 21:28, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, during Clash in the Coliseum where Kaiba and Yugi were talking about hate, revenge, and anger, I was thinking, "DUDES! It's a just a card game!"

Well they did had situations where card games hurt people so maybe they get satisfied with hurting people. Fallensilence (talkcontribs) 23:03, September 5, 2010 (UTC)
