If my opponent target my face-down Kaiser Sea Horse with soul exchange, do I have to tell him that he can use the effect of Kaiser Sea Horse?

What do you mean? Your opponent can tribute it as any other monster. Your opponent can also use it as 2 tributes for a LIGHT monster.-- HHTurtle Talk 06:18, August 25, 2010 (UTC)

- There's a ruling that says "You can target a face-down monster, but you cannot Tribute it for a Ritual Summon or for “Metamorphosis” because you do not know its Level.".
- So similarly, you shouldn't be able to do that because you don't know that it's a Kaiser Sea Horse and there's a ruling that states "You decide to use the effect while "Kaiser Sea Horse" is on the field, before Tributing it." -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 13:46, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
