Hi forum!
I was wondering if there are any spell cards that could either increase or decrease a monsters level. I know there are some that can solely decrease, such as Level Retuner or ones that only increase, but is there one that could do either or?

Trak0don is looking for cards which can increase OR decrease a monster's level, ie one card which can do both.
I honestly don't know if there is one. If there is, it's probably a card which sets a monster's level to some value, so it could theoretically increase or decrease a monster's level, though as I said I have no clue a card like that exists.

- As far as I know, "Egotistical Ape" is the only card that let you have the option to increase or decrease Level. Blackwings0605 (talk) 10:35, December 16, 2010 (UTC)
Here: Level Tuning decreases by 1 level.

Hmm, a card to do both... Level Conversion Lab isn't a spell like you asked for, and it operates at random, but it could go in either direction. - Spells; (Increased Level, some can decreased) Level Conversion Lab, Psi-Station, Synchro Boost. (Decreased Level, some can increased) A Legendary Ocean, Cost Down, Demotion, Level Tuning, Star Blast
- Traps; (General) Level Retuner, Stygian Dirge
