Forum:Lol Prohibition

So, earlier I traded to get a couple copies of Prohibition, which is a card I've wanted for years. I put them in my side deck. But, I don't really know what card to declare with it when going against certain decks. Like, what card should I prohibit when going against the decks of the current meta? Please tell me some ideas and thanks in advance.

Also, on a hilarious side note, I was dueling some guy's Final Countdown deck, and I sided in Prohibition, drew it right away, declared "Final Countdown", and rendered his deck completely useless! He wasn't too happy. Skullvarnish (talk • contribs) 05:55, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

Also, when Dueling other Decks, people might make it painfully obvious what card they rely on. Destroy it, then activate Prohibition: BOOM! A pile of shattered dreams. Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk • contribs) 05:57, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

Gladiator Beasts: Gladiator Beast Bestiari (This will prevent one of the most powerful cards in their deck. It will also prevent them from Summoning Gyzarus. Killing two birds with one stone (literally) is always nice)

Blackwings: Icarus Attack (This can easily destroy your Prohibition, it's really powerful and most BW decks run 2-3). Maybe Black Whirlwind (It's powerful, but it's Semi-Limited and can easily be destroyed)

Zombies: Zombie Master, maybe Plaguespreader Zombie

Lightsworns: It would have been Lumina, but that's now Limited. Any suggestions? like Honest, JD...

Monarchs: Caius maybe (Most Monarch decks run 3 Caius and 3 Raiza, Raiza's not much of a threat to this card, but Caius is)

Infernity: Infernity Gun (Their main Summoning power).

(this is a different comment from a different user) After you have used 1 Prohibition to shut down a Deck's ace card, if you draw a 2nd one, use it declare something like "Dust Tornado" to prevent the destruction of the 1st Prohibition (which is often Main-Decked in 2s or 3s). --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 17:20, August 2, 2010 (UTC)
