Forum:Masked hero deck help

So i know "heroes are dead" because we lost stratos, but that literally means squat to me. Dont get me wrong, ill miss him something fierce, but he isn't the only worth card in heroes. Dian's a pretty underused card, a 2800 beat stick that swarms the field, and feeds my march. This deck works by swarming dian, acid, and absolute zero to beat over a field or to rank 8 if i need it (my xyz side is still being built, and all help is greatly needed and appreciated). The strategy i have in place is running earth and water hero monsters to feed my masked heroes, and to pop out a few omni-heroes. Being mostly rank 8, the galaxy eyes xyz are an option. From an opening hand, ideally id start off with a special summon. I run instant fusion to bring out mariner for absolute zero, or preferably id go second and summon infernal prodigy. If i can get him out for free, using him for cyber valley becomes an option. Bring out wildheart, and drop him off for a dian, who can roll many opening monsters. I will admit a huge weakness of this strategy is my opponents back row, and cards like gorz or battle fader. I run triple mst to counter the back row, but i'm not sure ow to stop a hand effect. I run a rota and 3 e-calls to search over stratos, and acid to replace his second effect. As well as cyber valley, i want to run a maxx c to help with opening hand against high special summon decks like dragunity, but im on a budget. I'm still building so i know this deck is'nt balanced, or 40 cards.

I can't find Elemental Counterattack, so I'm assuming you're using Hero Counterattack. I've set up the Decklist template and fixed your lists so that it's a lot easier to read. --Gadjiltron (talk • contribs) 10:05, October 10, 2013 (UTC)

Perhaps One for One or Mind Control should be included for use with Cyber Valley. The creature unloaded into the grave for One for One can still be made use of per Miracle Fusion at a later time.
