I know, I'm off my rocker, right?
Here's the deal: I got a ton of Mermail stuff (including two Mermail Abysslinde and one Abyss-sphere) and I want to build the deck. The downside: I only have so many cards to work with and Mermail Abyssmegalo and multiple other expensive cards, at this point, are out of my reach. I'm not looking to be competitive with this deck out of the box, I just want something to tide me over until I have access to the more expensive cards. Any ideas? - I don't think it matters too much with or without Megalo, sure he helps, but you can probably just go ahead and use a sub in place of him, plus if you have the other stuff you'll be fine. I've won duels with Atlanteans without having to rely on Megalo, Atlantean Marksman was a huge part of that. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 05:22, December 31, 2012 (UTC)
Well I'm looking at all the cards I CAN run. Abyss-scale of the Kraken is almost like an Effect Veiler. I'm thinking of using Slushy so I can abuse the one Megalo I have. AnnoyingMacroPrick (talk • contribs) 05:25, December 31, 2012 (UTC)
So here's a prototype of the deck. There isn't any Extra Deck stuff yet, but expect some Synchros and a lot of Xyzs

I wouldn't run the Poseidra, it's not that amazing, unless you feel like you need another boss, in which case Mecha Sea Dragon Plesion might work too, and it's probably really cheap. Also, you didn't want Genex Undine and Genex Controller? You don't need to synch with them, and even if you do, certain Level 5 and 6 Synchros are cheap, plus Controller works as fodder for Allure of Darkness, and Undine works for Spiritual Water Art - Aoi. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 15:03, December 31, 2012 (UTC)

In all honesty, you can easily drop Abyssgunde, Abysshilde, Abyss-scale of the Kraken, and even Solemn Judgement to make room for 3 Undine, 2 Controller, and 1 Allure of Darkness. Also, have you thought about moving Veiler to the side deck? --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 20:00, December 31, 2012 (UTC)
