Forum:Misplaced Ruling Queries

- As you should have noticed, there's a problem with people not reading properly and posting their Ruling questions on the Help Desk. So, I'm proposing that we rearrange the Forum:Index and maybe the Forumnav bar later on if needed.
- Generally, I'm thinking of swapping the Help Desk and Ruling Queries. It's because people keep putting their ruling queries in the help desk, and I think it's because it says "Help" and it's the first sign of "Help" on the list.
- So, perhaps have:
- That's just so the first "Help" is to the ruling queries. The list I made also has the YGO related stuff together and the Wiki stuff together, this part can be discussed later if needed.

Basically, what you are asking for is for the Forum sections to be renamed and their order be changed. I suggest that the Wiki Community Discussion and Weekly Deck Competition sections be placed at the bottom as most users won't visit those often and we don't want people to post irrelevant topics there too.
I once proposed for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Lists Discussion section to be renamed "Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden & Limited Lists Discussion" before. Dinoguy1000 also commented on the proposal. I would again stress that these misplaced topics should be corrected as they are posted and spotted, but I also agree that a reordering probably wouldn't hurt; when I recently split the Yu-Gi-Oh! - Updating order from what HHT said.
- They are occasionally being corrected; but they're also continually being misplaced, and this is far greater than the rate of them being corrected since not many people actually move them.
