- You say you use Mist Valley Falcon to attack [insert opponent's monster name], the monster is returned to the hand at this time as well (probably considered to be simultaneous (but definitely not before)).
- Then it is Attack Declaration (If Yubel - Terror Incarnate was returned, it can activate its effect without missing the timing) (the opponent can use Mirror Force).
