This is my current Zombie Deck, but it definitely needs a lot of changing in here, so please post some suggestions of what to add and what to get rid of would be helpful. And also, no banned cards.
Another requirement is that I tried to it have 45 or less cards so I can choose cards easier...
Please post any reasons of each card of why I should have it or get rid of so I know what will I do with it.

- Your Deck needs to be at 40 cards to work well. Start by taking out "Immortal Ruler", 2 "Call of the Mummy", 2 "Zombie World", "Dark Core" and "Magic Jammer" to have 40 cards. Those cards won't help you that much, "Zombie World" can be a problem if your opponent takes control of "Zombie Master" or other similar monster (the field should be Side Deck against Monarchs or Decks that need some kind of Type, like Psychics).
- You also need 2 "Goblin Zombie", 2 "Creature Swap" and "Dark Hole".
- Rank 4 Monster Cards are easy to summon in this Deck, you can try using "Blue-Blooded Oni" or even "Gogogo Ghost"/"Gogogo Golem" to swarm.
