Here's my dragon deck, only 18 of them are from SDRL, help and leave suggestions. I put in the Return from the Different Dimension because of my Deck's weakness to D.D. Decks and Removal Decks, and because the people I play at the hobby tournaments use Macro Cosmos decks.

possible weaknesses
alright, i'm not the master of deck editing but here are a few of my suggestions. i'm not in a hobby league, so i don't know if you can use forbidden cards, but in case you can't return from a different dimension and painful choice are forbidden. also i think you don't have enough low-level monsters to support your mass number of high levels, if i were using this deck, i could find myself stuck with a hand of strong guys but nothing to do with them. also, what is the goal of your deck? is it just get out my strong guys and beat down my opponent or do you strive to get out a certain monster? thats not banned,its just limited.

just side deck return from the different dimension for now and id rebuild your side deck tremendously because of bigger threats out there,like gladiator beasts,Dark Armed Dragon,Dark Return,and Lightsworns.
So take out all of your side deck cards and add
x3 deck lockdowns(for gladiators)
x3 Shadow Imprisoning Mirror (for Dark Return and Dark Armed Dragon decks)
x2 Light Imprisoning Mirrors (for Lightsworns)
x1 D.D. Crow (for Monarchs)
x1 Return From the Different Dimension (to surprise Macro Cosmos decks in your case)
x2 Royal Decrees (burn decks,and if you want,crush card)
x3 Prohibition (Works against just about any deck)
